About me

My work is rooted in a person-centred approach, meaning I believe you are the expert in your own life. I will always meet you with empathy, respect, and acceptance. At the same time, I recognise that everyone is different, so I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities and creative ways of working to suit each individual client and their needs.

I have experience supporting people with a variety of difficulties, including:
• Anxiety and overwhelming worry
• Depression and low mood
• Relationship and family issues
• Low self-esteem and feeling stuck

As a counsellor, I’m down to earth, friendly, and compassionate. I work at your pace, helping you explore what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of your feelings, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I work in line with their ethical framework, ensuring that our sessions are professional, confidential, and centred around your wellbeing.

I offer both in-person and online counselling sessions, providing flexible support to suit your circumstances and comfort.
